Collar City Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a 120-bed skilled nursing facility, conveniently located in the beautiful upstate New York Capital Region. The facility provides inpatient skilled nursing and rehabilitation and wound care therapy.

Our experienced staff of compassionate caregivers, therapists, clinical experts, and dietary personnel are focused on one goal: providing an exceptional experience for our residents and patients. We are looking for highly-qualified Registered Nurses (RNs) who are passionate and caring (nursing) professionals with a strong sense of discretion and previous experience working in a long-term care facility. It is a demanding job, but also very rewarding.

Registered Nurse Duties Include:

  • Handling all supervisory duties for the unit.
  • Maintaining oversight of clinical
  • Mentoring nurses
  • Management responsibilities
  • Reviewing resident records and quality of care.
  • Monitoring resident care
  • Work with residents and families

Registered Nurse Requirements Include:

  • Minimum 2-years of Nursing experience
  • Minimum 3-years of Unit Manager experience (Preferred, not required)
  • Must hold valid RN License.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must be able to work as a team
